  1. Send the request. Include the email address used for your eSIMUp account.
  2. Confirm ownership. We may ask you to verify the request before deletion.
  3. We complete deletion. We aim to process verified requests within 7 days and will email you when complete.

What will be deleted

Your eSIMUp account profile and associated social data, including your travel plans, messages, blocks, and account-linked discovery information, will be deleted or de-identified. eSIM activation secrets will be removed when they are no longer needed.

What may be retained

Limited purchase and transaction records may be kept when required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or other legal obligations. Retained records are not used to keep your app account active.

Have an active eSIM? Account deletion can remove access to its QR code and installation details. Mention active plans in your email so support can help before deletion.
