The service
eSIMUp helps users browse, purchase, and manage installation details for travel eSIM plans. Plan availability, coverage, supported networks, speed, price, and activation requirements may change based on provider information.
You are responsible for confirming that your device is unlocked, supports eSIM, and is compatible with the plan before purchase.
Accounts
Google sign-in is used to create and access your eSIMUp account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for activity performed through your eSIMUp account.
You may request account deletion in the app or at getesimup.com/delete-account.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases may be processed through Google Play and its service providers. Prices and currencies are shown before purchase. Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, Google Play rules, provider terms, order status, and whether an eSIM has been installed, activated, or used.
Deleting your eSIMUp account does not itself cancel or refund a completed purchase.
Optional traveler features
Traveler discovery and messaging are optional features intended for adults sharing general trip tips and coordination. Do not share payment information, activation codes, passwords, exact accommodation details, or other sensitive information.
We may restrict or remove access to social features when reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not use eSIMUp to break the law, harm or harass others, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, distribute malicious content, or misuse eSIM plans or social features.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of eSIMUp. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party mobile coverage will be available in every location.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, eSIMUp is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for carrier outages, device incompatibility, inaccurate third-party coverage information, or losses caused by misuse of installation details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Revised terms will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
